BIFF was born as a initiative of the different agents of the colombian audiovisual industry, aming to have a real film festival for Bogota's city. The BIFF is in itself a laboratory that seeks to reinvent all the time. Our target audience is our young people, and part of our strategy is to be able to speak the same language as the segment we want to attend.
